RD provided Tenant Turnkey services on behalf of AMLI Residential for Ocean Bank’s ground-up location in Doral, FL, aligning Ownership and Tenant objectives throughout the project lifecycle. Ocean Bank’s new location reflects the institution’s continued investment in modern, customer-focused banking environments. Designed to support both operational efficiency and a seamless client experience, the project brings a contemporary financial facility to one of South Florida’s fastest-growing markets. RD Stys provided integrated Project Management and Tenant Coordination services, supported by TCTrac®, ensuring streamlined communication and execution from start to finish. This ground-up turnkey project was delivered on time and on budget as a result of expert Tenant representation. Grand Opening: Spring 2026.
Nashville, TN
Puesto is a contemporary Mexican restaurant known for its vibrant, design-forward spaces, handcrafted tacos, house-made tortillas, and an elevated take on traditional Mexico City flavors. With a growing footprint across California and now their first location outside of California at Nashville Yards, Puesto continues to bring a lively full-service dining experience to premier retail and mixed-use destinations. Rothschild Downes is providing CAD & Design and Project Management services for Puesto’s upcoming Nashville Yards location. Under Construction.
