With estimated costs of $25 billion, Hudson Yards is the largest private real estate development in the United States. The property boasts 8 mixed-use buildings including a 720,000 square foot retail podium with signature anchor Neiman Marcus. Using Rothschild Downes’s full-service Tenant Coordination and On-Site Project Management programs, The Shops and Restaurants at Hudson Yards included 19 turnkeys, an evolution and expansion on a typical RD White Box Program.
